What is OpenTime?

OpenTime is a free, private iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch app that reads your existing iOS calendars on-device and shows your free and busy time slots at a glance. It collects no data, runs no servers, and uses no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Natural-language queries such as "tomorrow afternoon for 30 min" are interpreted locally by Apple Intelligence on supported devices. Built for people whose calendar is a working document, not a marketing surface.

Quick answers

Does OpenTime work with Google Calendar or Outlook?

Indirectly. If those accounts are configured in the iOS Calendar app, OpenTime sees their events through Apple's EventKit framework. OpenTime never talks to Google or Microsoft servers itself.

Is Apple Intelligence required?

No. Apple Intelligence powers the natural-language query bar on supported devices. On other devices you can still use widgets, quick picks, and the date range pickers.

Can OpenTime book meetings or generate scheduling links?

No. OpenTime is a viewer, not a scheduler. It shows availability; it does not coordinate booking between people.

How much does OpenTime cost?
